First of all, you need to rip DVD movies to a big media file(as VOB format) with free DVD ripper (DVD Decrypter), then convert the ripped videos to iPhone 4S playable format. Part 1of Solution 2: Decrypt DVDs to your hard drive form Computer (Windows only)
1. Download DVD Decrypter and install, run DVD Decrypter. 
2.Click 'Mode' menu and click 'IFO' mode to Load DVD you'd like to watch on iPhone 4S through the DVD-Rom drive.

3. Click 'Tools -> Settings' menu, go to the 'IFO' tab, then set 'File Splitting' to 'None' under 'Options' - to convert the whole DVD to video(Big VOB file).
